Buying Directions

To be guaranteed approval to bid for sale day this must be done at least a day prior to the sale.

1. Go to www.cattleusa.com

2. First time users must register by clicking login on the left-hand side, then click register as new user (create a new account)

3. After registering, log in. Under Auctions Home find Ogallala Livestock Auction Market.

4. If you wish to bid you will find the buyer approval button under the Live or Offline button.

5. Fill out the required contact & banking information, then click the “summit for approval” button. This will notify OLAM and we will email you a buyers registration form. To get approved quicker you may have your bank email or fax us a letter of good standing.

6. After you are approved as a buyer you will receive a confirmation email. On Sale day, log in and click the green ”live” button for our sale. You will have the bid console available to place your online bid. Click on “bid now” to place a bid.

7. The bid received by the auctioneer will be the amount showing in the “ price” box in the bid console.
